Tiger's Heaven - Tadoba & Pench - January 2025

This Photo Tour takes you to two of the iconic National Parks in the heart of our country  - ""Tadoba Andhari Tiger Reserve" and Pench National Park both based near Orange City of Nagpur.

The beautiful deciduous forest, scattered with lots of grasslands, meadows and waterbodies are home to many mammals and offers great atmosphere to stabilize large numbers of tigers, Leopards, Wild Dogs, Sloth Bear, Spotted Deer, Sambar and Grey Langurs. One may also encounter the elusive black leopard in this forest,  if lucky.

During this expedition, bird-lovers will not suffer for company. With over two hundred species of birds including peafowl, hornbills, woodpeckers, the Crested Hawk Eagle, wagtails, Incredibly colourful Indian Pittas, Orange-headed Thrushes and Asian paradise Flycatchers, Racket-tailed Drongos with their long beautiful tails and Indian Rollers flying around - one can spend hours trying to spot and hunt for images of as many of these brightly hued winged creatures as possible !!
