Weather & Health Advisory

You may experience a scorching sun and chilling wind on the same day. Carry appropriate clothing and keep a reserve of woolens. Acclimatization to the high altitude may take time, around 12-24 hours for everyone. To counter it is advised to drink as well as carry plenty of water. 

Carrying little snacks such as energy bars, dry fruits , chocolates etc will help, while it is highly recommended to avoid Alcohol & Tobacco .
